When pouring oil from a 5 gallon bucket, you get no glurping when you put the spout up high instead of down low. So, 12 o clock instead of 6 o clock and you'll get a way cleaner pour.

Just subscribed. I've been fixing up my 4 wheeler the last few months whenever i have the time. A friend of mine has that same one and i think it has almost 9500 miles and it just started losing compression. Going to replace the piston rings next week

Good job man! You covered most all the bases, but the hot indicated oil pressure at the end of the video appeared quite low? You addressed the worn rod bearings, main bearings, oil pressure relief valve and end play on the oil pump gear clearance, but you did not a thing with the cam, cam bearings and lifters? The camshaft and related items are the last thing to get oil pressure, so I would check all of that before you run it anymore! Remember, the oil pump creates oil pressure, and the rod, main, cam bearing clearances and the oil pressure relief valve retains oil pressure! This may explain the cause of the low hot oil pressure indication!

Hey friend, after you fixed your tire and you put the camera under the rear I saw that your right rear shock wasn't even connected to the wheels. After all the work I doubt it even matters. Yes my heart really hurts too friend, it's broken because my best friend died. He was my rottweiler pup and my heart is truly broken. Yes it's been 10 days and I am still crying. Hey man I'm 77 and you should see the best specialists because I pray for you that you get better.

400 series tractors were some of the best garden tractors Deere ever made. I loved mine. Upgraded to a 1025R but still can’t bring myself to sell the 425. I love that damn thing. Thankfully it’s never had any issues except one small seal on the rear axle that we had to split the tractor in order to fix. But it was relatively easy. Just a long process for a seal the size of a quarter.
